Gather Together – “Family”

gather together family

Hey Everyone!

So I have decided that I will FINALLY make the time to DO my studies during the month’s that you are all doing them. (BRILLIANT Idea right?) Each month my intentions are to go back through after I have all the studies in the mail, and post pictures of my Bible journaling entries as well as discuss my own answers to the questions. I can’t make any guarantees about how many I will post (I am aiming for 2 a week), but I WILL make sure I do at least one per week! Here’s the first one…..

“I will be a father to you, and you shall be sons and daughters to me,” says the Lord Almighty. – 2 Corinthians 6:18

First of all let me say, I am human and I make mistakes. I try so very hard not to but inevitably, all of the words run together and I am reading what I want to see on the pages instead of what is really there. Hence, this day’s verse address. In 3 places it says 1 Corinthians 6:18 the rest of the places it says the CORRECT address which is 2 Corinthians 6:18. This shouldn’t pose a problem for anyone since the correct words for the verse are also included multiple times but just in case. 🙂

Here is a peek at what my study pages looked like: gather together family

Here’s My Creation 🙂 Gather Together Family

Family is family. Always. There is no question about that. I am grateful that God saw fit to give me this family, even in the difficult times. It sweetens the pot to know that I am also part of something much bigger, with someone much bigger! What a sense of calming release!

What speaks to you about this verse? What struggles do you have with your family this time of year? How does it make you feel to know that you are not just part of this family here on Earth, but more importantly, God’s family?

If you haven’t already purchased the study kit for this month, you can grab it HERE any time during the month of November (until it is sold out….).
